Return Policy

REFUND POLICY 
We are very sorry that you wish to return your Peach Fit product. However, we understand that, sometimes, it's just not meant to be. With that said, to ensure a smooth return and refund process, please refer to the following information. 

RETURNS
We have a 14-day policy. If it has been more than 14 days since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also contain the original packaging and a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you whether your return has been accepted or denied.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and the credited amount will automatically be applied back to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have yet to receive your refund, please first check your bank account then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take several business days before your refund is officially posted.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. If you require an exchange for the same item, kindly write to us at peachfitband@gmail.com. 

GIFT RETURNS
If the purchased item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the purchased item was not marked as a gift or the gift-giver had the item shipped to themselves, all return information and a refund will be issued to the gift-giver.

SHIPPING

When returning an item, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive an exchange item may vary.

For international shipping, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
